PRE-REQUISITE FOR IBT
Computer System:
Either a laptop or desktop-PC, with working webcam and mic.
NO INTERNET BASED TEST(IBT) through gadgets such as mobile phone, tablet etc.
Network
: A stable internet connection with proper speed.
A proxy for this is if they can login into their email accounts without difficulty.
Upload Speed: Minimum Speed>= 512 kbps
