Introduction

Aptitude Testing is a service being offered by Centre for Management Services (CMS) of AIMA since 1988. Institutes/ Colleges/ University Departments offering Integrated MBA (IMBA), BBA, BCA, BHM, B.Com. etc. can participate in UGAT.

AIMA-CMS offers the following services to the Participating Management Institute

1. Allotment of a unique code number to the participating Universities / Institutions / Colleges known as MI Code to facilitate the candidates to endorse their option.
2. Inclusion of the institute in the list of participating Universities / Institutions / Colleges with name, place and MI Code in the e-bulletin.
3. Hyperlinking the website of participating Universities / Institutions / Colleges in the listing given in Registration Portal for candidates.
4. Bringing out UGAT e-Bulletin incorporating institute's specific notification.
5. Preparation of UGAT media plan for release of newspaper advertisement/ social media to provide wide media coverage regarding UGAT.
6. Fixing up of test centres to cover the length and breadth of the country and conduct of the test maintaining total credibility and absolute confidentiality.
7. Making arrangements for the conduct of the Paper Based Test (PBT).
8. Processing the result and furnishing the scores and other particulars to the institute in respect of those candidates who opt to join the particular institute.
9. Making available the results on AIMA website for a year, so that institute can verify the authenticity of the score card produced by the candidate.
10. Exclusive provision of data of additional candidates only to the participating Universities / Institutions / Colleges during the 30 days following the declaration of results, if so desired, as a prepaid service under the Management Institute Search Service.

Notification Tariff and Specifications
Notification Tariff Per Page: 20,000/- (inclusive of 18% GST) In case TDS is applicable, the same to be deducted on principal amount only.

Mandatory information in the notification:

1. Programme: BBA, BCA, BHM, IMBA and allied programs
2. Admission Screening Basis: UGAT Score
3. Approving Authority: AICTE, UGC-DEB, University, etc.
4. Mode of Teaching as Approved by the Approving Authority: Full Time, Distance Learning, Part Time
5. Page Size: 21cm x 28cm
6. Format: CMYK 300 dpi in EPS, Corel Draw or Pagemaker. PDF, JPEG/JPG or MS Word is also acceptable.
