 Filling of UGAT Consent (Registration) Form Online

1.1

Obtaining of NEFT/RTGS details (Pre-Requisite):

You have to provide certain details from the NEFT/RTGS at the time of giving online consent for participation in UGAT. Therefore, you must have the NEFT/RTGS details ready before filling up the Online Consent (Registration) Form.

Consent (Registration) Form submitted without the details of the NEFT/RTGS will not be accepted.

1.2

Fill Online Consent (Registration) Form:

With the NEFT/RTGS details ready, you can fill online Consent (Registration) Form. You are to exercise sufficient care while furnishing the details. Recheck before submitting online as no editing is possible after submission.

1.3

After filling the form correctly, submit the same online.

1.4

An auto-generated Registration Number is allotted to you on successful submission of online Consent (Registration) Form and will appear on print version of the Consent (Registration) Form.

1.5 Before taking the print out, save the print version of Consent (Registration) Form using 'SAVE AS' function in the 'FILE' menu of the window.
1.6 After taking the print out, endorse your signature along with seal of the participating Universities / Institutions / Colleges on print version of consent form.
1.7 You must keep an additional copy of the Consent (Registration) Form for all future reference.
2 Sending of duly completed printout of Consent (Registration) Form
2.1

Make the set of the following documents:

  • Print out of the filled online UGAT Consent (Registration) Form with auto-generated Registration No. duly signed and stamped.
  • Copy of supporting document as to recognized Programme from approving authority/affiliating university.
  • Soft copy of notification in PDF, JPEG, Coral Draw etc.
  • Duly filled Consent Form, along with the supporting documents are to be sent on email: asinghal@aima.in/bdcms@aima.in

Send the above set of documents through email at asinghal@aima.in/bdcms@aima.in before 31March 2023.
