Role of Participating Universities / Institutions / Colleges

  1. Filling the Consent (Registration) Form given in the website with the requisite details about the participating Universities / Institutions / Colleges.
  2. Providing the soft copy of all the pages of the notification of the institute through email for inclusion in the e-bulletin. The page size is 21cm x 28 cm. the preferred format is CMYK 300 dpi in EPS, CorelDraw, or PageMaker. However, PDF, JPG or MS Word is also acceptable.
  3. Make the set of the following documents:
    • Scan copy of the filled UGAT Consent Form with auto-generated Registration No. duly signed and stamped.
    • Copy of supporting document as to recognized UG Programme from approving authority / affiliating university.
    • Details of NEFT/RTGS made for participation for UGAT 2025.
    • Soft copy of notification (duly page numbered) in the prescribed format.
    Send the above set of documents through email at asinghal@aima.in/bdcms@aima.in by 31 March 2025.
  4. Furnishing guidance in the participating Universities / Institutions / College’s admission documents and the advertisements to the candidates to appear in Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT) being conducted by All India Management Association. The annotation may read as: The candidate has to appear in Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT). Candidate may register online at website link: https://apps.aima.in/UGAT2025 with Credit Card or Debit Card (ATM Card) or Net Banking or Demand Draft by payment of Rs. 750/- (Inclusive of GST). Detailed procedure is given on the website link.
  5. Ensuring that the result provided by AIMA containing the database of the candidates is used solely for the purpose of facilitating the admission of the candidates to the institute's programmes only.
