Role of BSchool
  1. Online Consent for Participation: Log on to website: https://apps.aima.in/MATBSchoolDec2025/ to fill the requisite details about the institute and the recognized PG programmes, make online payment, upload the necessary supporting documents and also upload the images of the notification to be inserted in MAT bulletin.

     

    Steps for Online Consent:
    1. Fill Online Registration Form
    2. Download the format of the Consent Certificate.
    3. Unique Registration Number will be issued on submission of Form
    4. Select number of pages to be inserted for the notification
    5. Make online payment: Through Credit/Debit Card/ NEFT
    6. Upload the images of the notification and supporting documents
    7. Note: B School/Management Institute can change/replace the notification image by relogin using the unique Registration Number.

     

    Steps for Offline Consent:
    1. Fill Online Registration Form
    2. Unique Registration Number will be issued on submission of Form
    3. Select number of pages to be inserted for the notification
    4. Make the set of the following documents:
      • Print out of the filled online MAT Consent Form with auto-generated Registration No. duly signed and stamped.
      • Demand Draft for the requisite amount as per the tariff given, drawn in favour of 'All India Management Association' payable at New Delhi. On the back of the Demand Draft, please fill the following details:
          Institute/University Name
        • Auto-generated Registration Number
        • Copy of supporting document as to recognised PG Programme from approving authority/affiliating university.
        • Copy of all the pages of the notification
    5. Send the above set of documents on e-mail: MATSCHOOL@AIMA.IN

     

  2. Notification Material: Preparing B-School's notification material for MAT Bulletin, which will be informative to the aspiring candidates. The notification should mandatorily contain the following information:

     

    • Programme: MBA Degree / PG Diploma and allied programmes
    • Admission Screening Basis: MAT Score
    • Approving Authority: AICTE, UGC-DEC, University etc.
    • Mode of Teaching as Approved by the Approving Authority: Full Time, Distance Learning, Part Time
    • Notification Page size : 21 cm x 28 cm
    • Format: CMYK 300 dpi in EPS, Corel Draw or PageMaker. PDF, JPG or MS Word is also acceptable.
