We glad to announce that the launch of this issue of AIMA Journal of Management and Research( AJMR), a peer-reviewed journal developed to assist researchers to grow at all levels - academics, scientists, professors, post-docs and doctorate students who are seeking publishing opportunities for their research work. The journal aims to publish a broad-ranging open access research articles and case studies. Eminent editors across the world, support us in reviewing the articles and manuscripts.

The current issue of AJMR is a collection of research articles from a wide range of topics. The first article "We do not have Dodd-Frank, but shareholders' activism is on rise in India " examines important issues on executive compensation, regulatory and institutional frameworks, and role of proxy advisory firms.

The second article titled "Intercultural Sensitivity, Self-Esteem and Emotional Quotient: A Study of Undergraduate and Post Graduate students in India ", examines the workplaces culturally & ethical diversity due to globalisation and tries to develop correlation relationship between emotional intelligence (EQ), intercultural sensitivity (ICS)and self-esteem (SE). The findings of the survey are very interesting and noteworthy.

The third article "Academic & Industry Perspectives in Management Education in Technical Institute in the Era of Paradigm Shift " aims at identifying new knowledge streams/disciplines likely to emerge in the evolving technology and suggesting specialized courses to help meet manpower requirements of the industry. The study covers in-depth interviews with 35 top academicians and industry professional. And the study proposes a KASH Model for grooming management graduates, ie.A candidate with technical as well as management knowledge, attitude, skill and habits (KASH).

The fourth Article titled "Resistance Towards Green Banking Adoption In Delhi NCR: A Grounded Theory Approach ". The study aims to address the theoretical knowledge gap amid acceptance of green banking and its adoption within the users. In this regard, the study examines the elements that act as hindrances and restrains people from adopting green banking products and services.

"COVID-19 and the Indian Higher Education Scenario: Challenges and Recommendations " is the fifth article in this edition. This paper suggests measures which may be adopted by the higher educational institutes to ensure that there is no disruption of learning for the learners.

The last article in this edition is on "Assessment Of The Regulatory Aspects Of Supply Chain Management Of Hazardous Materials, (Hazmat) With Respect To The Indian Chemical Industry " the objective of the research paper is to study the prevailing regulatory framework for supply-chain management of HAZMAT in context of Indian chemical industry. The study covers the HAZMAT regulatory framework, classification of the multiple Acts & Rules in India, by different stages of the supply chain. The study expands by comparative assessment with some best practices in EU & recommendations. The study can be used to develops a theoretical framework for better HAZMAT management in India.
